Abstract
Mit einem Klick zum Medikament: Mit einer Kombination orthogonaler Klickreaktionen lassen sich funktionelle Eisenoxidnanopartikel (IONPs) herstellen, aus denen der Wirkstoff durch eine Retro‐Diels‐Alder(rDA)‐Reaktion freigesetzt wird, die durch eine magnetisch ausgelöste Hyperthermie induziert wird. Die magnetische Stimulierung liefert in der Nähe des Cycloaddukts genügend lokale Energie, um den rDA‐Prozess zu starten.
